The transformingCARE campaign is currently accepting donations and pledges.

We have several giving options available, depending upon your preference.

Donations can be made in person at York Care Centre, by phone or online.

If you would like to dedicate your campaign contribution to someone special we have established a Donor Recognition program to ensure that all donations/donors are properly recognized.

You have several options for making your gift to the Transforming Care campaign. All gifts will receive tax credit to the full extent allowed by law. All gifts are considered “undesignated” — unless other specific requests are made.

Gifts of cash

Cash gifts are extremely useful to the execution of the project. They immediately provide resources to York Care Centre and advance the timetable for the project.

Gifts by pledge

A pledge is a convenient and efficient way to give. With a pledge period of up to three years, you are able to budget for your donation. Meanwhile, a pledge allows York Care Centre to plan confidently for the full development of the new site.

Gifts of securities or personal property

Gifts in this form are often advantageous to donors. Recent changes in tax policies create additional opportunities. Inquire with your canvasser or with the campaign office (hotlink), for more information. (York Foundation advises all potential donors of property or assets to obtain professional financial advice about the tax or other specific implications of such a donation).
